This class incorporates a strength building component while improving your cardiovascular health & balance. Rebounding promotes weight loss, increases balance, improves mental health and bone density, aids in healthy digestion and keeps the body ageless. All ages are welcome and can benefit from rebounding. Jump your way into fitness!  

ALL OUT CARDIO, YOUR WAY

You choose the cardio, we choose the workout! This class is ALL cardio. We let you choose the type of cardio best suited to you and your fitness level for an instructor led interval class. Perform your cardio on the treadmill, spin bike, rowing machine, stairs, rebounder and more. Group and instructor motivation combined with individualized conditioning. 

COREDIO

Ready to try a new intense workout combining core and cardio? This COREdio class is a fun new way to add cardio and core strengthening and toning into your daily routine. This class incorporates a strength building component while improving your cardiovascular health & muscular toning. Cardio is important to strengthening our heart health and a strong core helps to promote balance and aids in preventing lower back pain. All ages will benefit from this fun, higher intensity class.

Foot Fitness

A class that has had many 5 star reviews and boasts many benefits. You'll stay a step ahead of your competitors, by restoring your feet. Our foot classes restore healthy foot function. It will focus on the strength, flexibility, mobility and health of the foot. Come ready to feel results.
