Circuit Training

This circuit-training class ignites your metabolism to burn calories, calories and more calories — as much as 600 per class. By using intervals of strength and cardio training, you’ll improve your flexibility, agility, strength and endurance. This class is beneficial for all athlete types, as it contributes to sports conditioning. If that’s not enough, you’ll burn extra calories long after your workout is over as a result of your faster metabolism.

High Intensity Interval Training 
(HIIT)

High Intensity Interval Training is one of the newest and most effective forms of results-based training and is beneficial for sport conditioning, athletic performance & daily activities. This circuit-training class of strength and cardio drills uses colorful fitness gear such as large gym balls, bands, balance boards, mini-steppers, hurdles, cones and more to challenge both your body and your mind. With functional training you'll improve your overall body performance and see the difference in everything you do, from sports to daily activities. You'll sweat, strengthen, have a blast, and most of all get results.

Foam Roll & Release

You will come out of this class feeling amazing! You will loosen up and stretch all of those tight areas that plaque us with pain or tightness on a daily basis. With the use of foam rolls and therapy balls you will learn to care for your body and loosen up all your muscles.

Everyday Strength & Stretch

This class will teach you the awareness of important body maintenance for everyday strength & flexibility! We will always go over proper form, muscle engagement, movement control and injury prevention! This is the perfect class for newcomers to group fitness and seasoned veterans who value the benefit of everyday strength.

Senior F.I.T

This carefully tailored fitness class is designed with the senior in mind. It will ignite your metabolism to burn calories, calories and more calories — as much as 450 per class. Plus give your the strength and agility for everyday function.  By using intervals of strength and cardio training, you’ll improve your flexibility, agility, strength and endurance.

Restorative Yoga

Suitable for all students in need of a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice.  Bringing gentle hatha and deep restorative work together to improve range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are welcome in these classes.  Practitioners with limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice.
